See the work.

  • Basement office buildout wiring

A basement becoming a home office: dedicated circuits for the desk wall, network drops to a small rack, and lighting that does not look like a basement.

  • Hot tub circuit + exterior panel work

A new hot tub, a panel with no room, and a long run across the yard. We added capacity, trenched the feed, and set the GFCI disconnect where code wants it and the owner can reach it.

  • Whole-home smart lighting

Nine apps, three hubs, nothing talking to anything. We pulled it back to one wired system: scenes for morning and movie night, schedules that track the sun, switches that still work like switches.

  • Full first-floor rewire

Knob-and-tube in the walls and an insurance renewal deadline. We sequenced the rewire room by room — kitchen first — so the family never lost the spaces they actually live in.

  • Detached garage subpanel + EV circuit

A detached garage forty feet from the house, one sad 15A circuit, and a new EV in the driveway. We trenched conduit, set a 60A subpanel, and hardwired a Level 2 charger with load management.

  • 200A panel upgrade — 1962 colonial

Sixty-year-old fuse box, window AC on an extension cord, and a dryer that dimmed the living room. We ran a fresh load calc, swapped in a 200A panel with copper grounding, and coordinated the utility cut-over so the family lost power for six hours, not a weekend.
